William Peebles is a licensed real estate professional, Commercial Advisor with FMIG, and fourth-generation Mobile, Alabama native specializing in commercial sales and leasing.

Since earning his real estate license in 2018, William has represented clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of development sites, retail centers, industrial properties, multifamily assets, and other commercial properties. Mentored early in his career by his father, he developed a client-first approach grounded in clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and lasting professional relationships.

William earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of the South (Sewanee). His strong analytical and communication skills allow him to understand each client’s objectives and develop practical real estate strategies tailored to their immediate and long-term goals. He is especially passionate about helping local businesses identify real estate opportunities that support sustainable growth and continued success.

William’s work is deeply connected to his love for the Mobile community. He serves as a deacon at Government Street Presbyterian Church and supports several local organizations and initiatives. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
