LIZ ALLEN

Liz Allen is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with FMIG, specializing in commercial investment properties, development land, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and business opportunities throughout Northwest Florida.

Originally from England, Liz earned a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication before building a career spanning entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, business development, and commercial real estate. Having launched and operated multiple businesses herself—including a furniture and home décor showroom, retail ventures, and large-scale community events—she understands commercial property from the perspective of a business owner, not just a real estate advisor.

As the founder of TEDxPensacola and the Pensacola Market, Liz has worked alongside entrepreneurs, startups, local businesses, and community leaders to help create opportunities for growth, collaboration, and economic development. These experiences gave her firsthand insight into what businesses need to succeed—from choosing the right location and understanding customer traffic to planning for future expansion.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family also shaped her passion for commercial real estate. Her father built an international design and manufacturing company while assembling a significant portfolio of commercial properties around the world, providing Liz with early exposure to how strategic real estate decisions can support long-term business growth and investment success.

Today, Liz brings together her background in business ownership, marketing, and commercial real estate to help investors, developers, landlords, business owners, and entrepreneurs make informed real estate decisions. She combines research-driven market knowledge with innovative marketing and a relationship-first approach to help clients identify opportunities, maximize value, and achieve their long-term goals.
