Background & Experience

In an industry long dominated by legacy firms and institutional models, Faith Morgan is building something different — and doing it fast.

Since entering commercial real estate in 2022, Morgan has assembled more than $100 million in active commercial assets across the Gulf Coast, specializing in gas stations, retail centers, hospitality properties, industrial assets, and strategic land acquisitions. What distinguishes her isn’t just asset volume — it’s ownership of structure.

As Founder and Principal of FMIG, Morgan leads one of the region’s largest independent commercial brokerages by listed assets and leased square footage. Operating outside traditional franchise systems, FMIG functions with a lean, investment-first model focused on capital preservation, disciplined underwriting, and high-level negotiation strategy.

A Florida native and graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Morgan brings a rare blend of operational business experience and transactional expertise. Prior to real estate, she launched multiple ventures, including a Florida-based consulting and marketing agency; experience that sharpened her understanding of asset performance, branding, and value creation.

Licensed in both Florida and Alabama, Morgan advises private investors, operators, and portfolio holders seeking discreet representation and strategic positioning across state lines. Her approach centers on protecting client capital while structuring transactions designed for long-term leverage rather than short-term optics.

In 2025, she serves as Commercial Alliance Chair for the CCIM Panhandle Board, reinforcing her influence within the region’s commercial real estate leadership network.

Morgan’s rise signals a broader shift within the industry, one where independent firms with precision strategy and operational depth are competing directly with institutional incumbents.

She isn’t simply participating in the market.
She’s engineering her own lane.
